Sussex Clubs leaderboard
(January 19, 2011)This is the first Sussex Club Leader Board for 2011 which rates clubs as follows:
- 1 point for every BTM member
- 1 point for every regularly competing junior
- 10 bonus points for Clubmark clubs.
- 1 point for every BTM member
- 1 point for every regularly competing junior
- 10 bonus points for Clubmark clubs.
Clubs have been coded to indicate their size and fall into either having 1-3 courts, 4-7 courts or 8+ courts. Sussex will be building on this over the coming months and the Leader Board will be updated once a month when this newsletter is sent out.
Storrington LTC fit into the large club category as we have 8 courts. We are pleased to figure as highly as 6th on the overall leaderboard, and 4th out of the large clubs. One very positive note is that we are 2nd in terms of Regularly competing juniors (69) only 1 junior behind Esporta Falmer.
An aim for the club to move even higher is to get every member signed up to British Tennis.
